catching designs for both print and web media.
This position represents a wonderful opportunity for a gifted
designer. One who has 2+ years design experience and
wants to work in a truly creative environment for an impressive range
of clients. You will need to demonstrate impressive graphic design
capabilities across a wide portfolio of work.
Applicants must be comfortable in areas of corporate identity, branding, promotional literature, advertising, packaging and especially website design. You must have excellent knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator required
together with in-dept knowledge of HTML/XML/DHTML, Javascript, W3 and CSS.
The Person
Knowledge of full Creative Suite.
A keen eye for detail with a creative flair.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver under tight deadlines.
Excellent multi-tasking & communication skills.

Website and Email Disclosure Directive for Limited Companies
The Minister for Enterprise, Trade & Employment has made regulations to implement the EU “Disclosure Directive”. The Regulations will extend the requirements to the disclosure of a company’s particulars on its letterheads and order forms to electronic communications and websites with effect from 1 April 2007.
Failure to display the requisite information on business letters, electronic communications and websites will constitute a criminal offence subject to a maximum fine of €2,000 and companies should take immediate steps to ensure they are compliant with the Regulations by 1 April 2007.
All Companies in Ireland will have to display their company registration information, on their website and all emails. Companies are required to display the following:

Stephen Murphy 'CARE' CD now Available in Shops and at Graphedia Office
Raising 50,000 euro for Friends of Wexford General Hospital. The CD titled CARE contains seven tracks from Stephen with South East Radio. The CD costs 10 euro and all proceeds from the sale of the CD goes to the Friends of Wexford General Hospital - Cancer Day Unit Appeal.
If you have any old mobile phones lying around in your office or at home, please send them to Graphedia's office before 10th April, BNI Wexford are raising money for the Wexford Cancer Day Unit Appeal. It is an excellent oppurtunity to raise money for a local cause whereby 100% of the money generated will go to the Charity.

is a proud supporter of the Friends of Wexford General Hospital
- Cancer Day Unit Appeal. Graphedia was deleighted to be asked
to design the artwork for the Charity Organisation, trying to raise
1 million euros to build a dedicated Cancer Day Unit ant Wexford
General Hospital.
Graphedia was shortlisted to the final
three of the Web Developer Category in the IIA Net Visionary
Awards 2006. The winners from each category will be
ratified by the IIA Board and announced at the Net Visionary
Awards event on the 16th November at the Fitzpatricks Killiney
Castle Hotel.

Association Net Visionary Awards 2006. The IIA & CheetahMail Net Visionary Awards will take
place on November 16th at a Gala Black Tie Ball in the Fitzpatrick
Castle Hotel, Dublin. Over 350 Industry leaders,
entrepreneurs and business owners will attend the Awards, now in
its eight year. The Awards are recognized as one of the
highlights of the awards calendar. The awards have become the
most respected Internet awards, honouring individuals for their
contribution to the Irish Internet Industry. Nominated by
colleagues, clients, and peers, voted on by industry
professionals these awards are truly the most prestigious awards
on the Industry calendar.

eBusiness Assistance Scheme
The Wexford County Enterprise Board are now
offering assistance with eBusiness Development with a small grant
towards the high cost of developing a website for your business.
The board are now offering up to €1,000 or 50% of the costs
towards developing an website for Businesses if you are under 10
employees.
The IIA with the Wexford County Enterprise Board
presented a half day seminar in the Ferrycarrig Hotel on Jan 25th
entitled "Bringing Your Website to the Next Level".
Three industry experts presented on areas such as
website design, search engine marketing and e-commerce. Graphedia
were speakers at the Seminar discussing the benefits of good design.
Niall Reck from Graphedia, gave a presentation on
the benefits of good design for E Commerce. Discussing design issues
to be aware of and to introduce in to websites. With an attendance of 72 local Wexford Business,
Attendees got a chance to have a questions and answers with all
speakers and a one on one sessions after the seminar.
